The Summit registration desk will open at 12:00 pm on Monday, September 9 with the Customer Experience Tours starting at 1:00 pm. The opening keynote session will start at 5:00 pm, followed by a cocktail reception at 6:00 pm.

LEAVE ON WEDNESDAY

The Summit adjourns on Wednesday, September 11 at 2:15 pm following the CX Roundtable session.
