In 2016 Paul lead the successful launch of the new L’OCCITANE FLATIRON Experiential Community Boutique in NYC, specifically aimed at enhancing the customer experience in unique and innovative ways. Outfitted with digital gifting stations and a smart beauty fitting room, the multisensory Flagship boutique works collectively to create both an immersive and individualized shopping experience. Scott Emmons is focused on innovation for the Neiman Marcus Group (NMG). Kris has an extensive career experience in the Financial Services and Restaurant Industry. Kris’ primary focus is to partner with ZIVLEO’s Quick Service Restaurant customers so they can realize the value self-order kiosks and Digital Menu Boards will add to their restaurants. His focus on the partnership is to ensure the Restaurant receives the highest possible ROI on the investment continues to draw more interest in both the kiosk and Digital Menu Board space. Prior to joining ZIVELO, Kris was the Director of IT Supplier Management for McDonald’s Corporation. Kris has also held positions at Discover Financial Services and Arthur Andersen. David DiMeo is a smart creative, who recently left a Fortune 500 company to start a new business that is focused on a future where machine meets the customer. David has spent the last two decades working within the automotive industry on Connected Cars and the Internet of Things (IoT). In his last position as Director of the Innovation Lab at FordDirect, David was responsible for futuring on how the connected car and other emerging technologies would impact the way that people shopped for and used their vehicles while helping the OEM and dealers improve their business by applying these capabilities in a useful and novel way. This work cultivated opportunities around the personified vehicle, virtual sales agents, social media, mixed reality and retail robots. In this work, David realized that today people struggle to understand how to use technology to resolve their needs, but very soon, technology will be able to master natural language and other aspects of artificial intelligence to the point where they can understand us and adapt to our needs. This retail AI will eventually know all about us and be smart enough to identify products and services that we need before we even begin searching for them. This “Predictive Personalization” will revolutionize retail as we know it and its impact will be profound. In his new role at Robo Retail, David is focused on helping companies win at retail by applying these advanced methods in a way that provides experiences their customers love and generate economic value for the business.

Anna Duffy is the Marketing Strategist and Brand Culture Ambassador for Taziki’s Mediterranean Café. In her time at Taziki’s, Anna has lead multiple initiatives, including restructuring brand culture, designing the training structure for field marketers and the implementation of Birdeye (social media/reputation management platform). As Vice President of Retail Experience for Masco Architectural Coatings, Sarah Furnari leads strategy and operations for the BEHR and KILZ brands in-store. In 2015, her team launched a new Color Solutions Center to help consumers more easily find their perfect color. Their next goal is to inspire confidence and fun in the color selection process through an enhanced in-store experience. Sarah has been with Masco since 2005, and prior to that, held roles as a Formulator, Process Engineer, Raw Materials Buyer and Product Manager for The Sherwin-Williams Company.

Prior to this position he was managing editor of content for B2B publisher Networld Media Group, and the editor of DigitalSignageToday.com, the leading news portal for the digital signage industry, covering digital out of-home advertising, digital billboards, experiential digital branding and digital signage hardware, software and displays. An award-winning former newspaper reporter and magazine writer, Christopher is a five-year veteran of the digital signage and kiosk industries who has consulted for and spoken on the digital signage industry sector-wide.

His focus is on the creation of compelling customer experiences within a unique group of Marriott flags called the “Distinctive Premium Brands” including: Renaissance, Westin, Le Meridien, Autograph Collection, Tribute Portfolio and Design Hotels. His multidisciplinary approach to design focuses on understanding consumer behavior and the creation of relevant brand experiences at the intersection of architecture, sociology, neuroscience and emerging digital technologies. Douglas Kwong is Digital Director at Cicis Pizza, where he has refreshed and launched various online customer platforms as part of the company’s revitalization initiative. In the past year in the role, he helped to build a new responsive website with an expanded digital footprint, a new email program which doubled engagement in click-through rates, and launched a branded mobile loyalty app. Prior to joining Cicis, Douglas devised and executed online initiatives to grow exposure and e-commerce revenue at global hospitality organizations Hilton Worldwide and Choice Hotels International. He is also President and Co-Founder of the Diabetic Shoes HuB, an online retailer of orthopedic footwear and accessories.
Kevin Lee has over a decade of experience conceptualizing mere ideas into business models and launching new brands and expanding concepts. He is a lifestyle brand and small business development leader and currently leading Sushiyaa Franchising to re-identify the value of the concept. As part of this initiative, the company implemented a third-party customer loyalty program and signed up more than 10,000 members within a five-month period. Chris Lydle is Global Lead of Digital Signage and Kiosk for Google, with responsibility for bringing Chrome and Android devices to the digital signage and kiosk market. Chris has over twenty years experience working with digital media, most recently at YouTube. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
Raj Maini is responsible for worldwide marketing of visual retailing for Intel Corporation in the Internet of Things Group (IoTG). In this role, Raj leads marketing of Intel’s digital signage, intelligent vending and dispensing, interactive kiosk, interactive white board, intelligent shelves, Intel RCM and Intel AIM software services product and market segments. His organization is responsible for driving adoption of Intel’s visual retailing and digital signage platforms, as well as new initiatives to fuel the growth of the industry. Raj has had a multi-faceted career in engineering, marketing, business management and planning with director level responsibility at Intel. He currently represents Intel on the ICX Association advisory board.
Matt Marotta is currently the Manager of Digital Media Services at Six Flags, where he oversees the operation and evolution of Six Flags Media Networks, one of the nation’s largest and most sophisticated digital signage networks, with plans for international expansion later this year. Six Flags Media Networks consists of the Nielsen-rated Six Flags TV Network, Digital Billboards and Digital Menu Boards, and runs a combination of entertainment programming and advertising.
Jeff is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of success innovating retail audience solutions in the information technology and services industry. Prior to founding Right Media Solutions, Jeff held senior management positions at CBS Corporation and with CBS Outdoor managing GameStop TV and other digital networks. Rick Moreno serves as Senior Vice President of Innovation and Distribution at Little Caesars, one of the world’s most recognized pizza brands. Ken Moy is Vice President of Digital at Subway restaurants were he leads the company’s omni-channel, innovation and partnership priorities. Prior to his current role, Mr. Moy was Co-Head of Subway Digital where he led the formation of the Subway Digital business unit and the execution of the restaurant’s web, mobile app, loyalty, and payment efforts around the world. Prior to Subway, Mr. Moy served as Senior Vice President at MasterCard where he led the firm’s advanced technology and partnership efforts to drive digital commerce. At The WOW Factor she worked with major brands including The Coca-Cola Company and Pontiac for WOW projects and events in Times Square. His customer centered approach centers on understanding and designing inside of retail ecologies for families using his background in business and industrial anthropology. As COO of Delaware North Sportservice, Richard Schneider oversees the food service and retail operations at stadiums, ballparks, arenas and other venues across the United States. Richard develops and implements strategic plans for growth and profitability, develops the location and corporate management teams and works to enhance client relationships. Previously, Richard served as COO of Delaware North’s travel business and as vice president of hospitality services for Delaware North’s gaming business. Prior to joining Delaware North, Richard’s career included such positions as vice president of food and beverage at Midwest Gaming and Entertainment; vice president of hospitality/general manager at Caesars Entertainment; and vice president of food, beverage and entertainment at MGM Grand Detroit.
Tobi Schneidler is the founder of Bouncepad, and the inventor of the tablet kiosk. His commercial design work for clients like Barclays Bank and Vodafone focused on emerging digital interactions in stores, to then lead to the launch of Bouncepad as a product business. He studied architecture, to then research technology’s impact on commercial spaces. His work was presented at SFMoMA and the Science Museum in London. He also taught at the Royal College of Art in London and the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Bouncepads are now used around the world, to make venues more relevant and connected in the digital age.
Eric Schongalla and his team support, enhance and evolve the systems used to deliver a unique customer experience across Carhartt’s owned nationwide retail stores. Working within the Direct-to-Consumer team, he focuses on the goal of a consistent, seamless exchange for Carhartt customers who interact with the stores technology. Eric joined Carhartt in 2014 to project manage the re-design and re-launch of the company’s eCommerce website, implement online chat, online data exchange and the in-store kiosk program.

Prior to joining Dickey’s Barbecue in 2011, Suarez served as Division Business Systems Analyst for RealPage, a software development company for major property management companies. Lee Summers serves as Chief Executive Officer of Reflect and is responsible for leading the company into the forefront of the in-store digital media movement. Summers has more than 15 years of customer facing technology and advertising agency experience. His management expertise and creativity make him well-suited to lead Reflect. Prior to joining Reflect, Summers was Manager of Marketing/Technology for the Berkshire Hathaway companies of Nebraska Furniture Mart and Grandscape of Texas where he oversaw all immersive customer engagement and was responsible for the overall direction, resource allocation and operations of Customer Facing digital technology groups throughout all NFM markets.
Ashish Tajpuria is the Emerging Payments Executive at Bank of America, responsible for managing third-party partnerships across the entire payments and commerce ecosystem for the consumer bank. Ashish’s current areas of focus include: digital wallets, card networks, loyalty, artificial intelligence (A.I.) & Internet of Things (IoT). Ashish is also responsible for managing various strategic emerging payment projects. Richard Ventura is Vice President of Business Development and Solutions for NEC Display Solutions of America, focusing on developing new business and strategies for key vertical markets. He is responsible for the growth and market penetration of NEC’s award winning portfolio of products, as well as for development of new go-to-market strategies and products for the solutions market. Richard has spent 15 years within the NEC sales organization focusing on display solutions, display technologies and projectors. During that time, he has helped numerous client relationships flourish and spearheaded campaigns which have elevated NEC’s brand and products throughout the marketplace.
Andrew Winninger is a Business Development Manager supporting the Capital One Cafes and their community engagement efforts in South Florida, Richmond and Philadelphia. Prior to this role he led the marketing team at the largest Whole Foods in Florida, directed a global street team and non-profit at an independent record label and developed an intergenerational community program for the United Way. He studied marketing at the University of Central Florida and returned to Ft. Lauderdale after graduating, where he currently resides. Avid golfer, certified SCUBA diver, published author and resident DJ at the monthly art walk.
Craig Witsoe has been the Chief Executive Officer of Elo since 2012. Prior to Elo, Craig led efforts in various aspects of retail technology for over 20 years, with global experience in digital displays and retail commercial lighting. Building on Elo’s 40 years of touchscreen innovation and over 20 million global installations, he has led Elo’s latest generation of innovation focused on bridging the physical store and on-line shopping experience. Working with some of the largest retailers around the world, Craig is in a unique position to see the best in-store digital interactive experiences, approaches to in-store on-line shopping and, more importantly, what retail will look like in the coming years.
