Morten Gotterup is SVP of Westfield Global Brand Ventures Group. Utilizing media assets, sponsorships and activations, Westfield Brand Ventures connects brands and millions of Westfield shoppers with highly effective, relevant and interactive experiences. Morten helped launched Fulton Center (NYC) in 2014 and World Trade Center in 2016. Both of these ground-breaking developments have forever changed the media and sponsorship landscape. A hands-on creative director, builder and coder, with a background in architecture and game development – Steve believes the only way to see the future is to make it with your own hands.

Christiana DiMattesa

Senior Retail Marketing Manager | Under Armour

Christiana DiMattesa oversees Under Armour’s North America direct-to-consumer retail marketing team inclusive of marketing strategy, operations, in-store experience, and event activations. Christiana has spent 20 years working within the retail space and has a passion to utilize technology to change the interactive landscape of the retail environment. She has been with Under Armour since August 2014 and previously held marketing roles with Ann Inc. and Foot Locker.

Sarah Furnari

VP, Retail Experience | BEHR

As Vice President of Retail Experience for Masco Architectural Coatings, Sarah Furnari leads strategy and operations for the BEHR and KILZ brands in-store. In 2015, her team launched a new Color Solutions Center to help consumers more easily find their perfect color. Their next goal is to inspire confidence and fun in the color selection process through an enhanced in-store experience. Sarah has been with Masco since 2005, and prior to that, held roles as a Formulator, Process Engineer, Raw Materials Buyer and Product Manager for The Sherwin-Williams Company.

Kevin Lee

CEO | Sushiyaa Franchising

Kevin Lee has over a decade of experience conceptualizing mere ideas into business models and launching new brands and expanding concepts. He is a lifestyle brand and small business development leader and currently leading Sushiyaa Franchising to re-identify the value of the concept. As part of this initiative, the company implemented a third-party customer loyalty program and signed up more than 10,000 members within a five-month period. He also helped build the delivery platform with nearly no investment by leveraging ‘passing tipping point’ technologies. After seven months of its launch, it has reached over 3.5% of the total sales

Ken Nisch

Chairman | JGA

As the Chairman of JGA, Ken Nisch has focused his efforts developing branded environments and consumer strategies for clients including Sundance, Hershey’s, Sleep Number, Disney, H&M, The North Face, Whole Foods Market and Big Bazaar. JGA creates inspired environments across a variety of venues including entertainment, hospitality, and traditional retail. Ken became Chairman in 1995. His responsibilities include project strategy and serving as client liaison. Ken’s knowledge and entrepreneurial insights into the consumer are integrated into conceptual development and strategic image positioning for retail operators, manufacturers and brand marketers. Ken was inducted into the Retail Design Institute Legion of Honor recognizing his outstanding career achievements.

Phillip Raub is currently the Co-Founder, CMO & Head of Retail at b8ta, In his role he oversees b8ta’s marketing and consumer experience. Prior to b8ta, Phillip held executive roles in marketing at Nest (Head of Global Channel Marketing), Nintendo (Director of Retail Marketing) and Gap Inc.

Paula Suarez

VP of IT and Development |Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants

Paula Suarez is Vice President of Information Technology and Development for Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurant, Inc. Suarez leads the companywide implementation of technology projects and oversees in-house software development efforts. Her focus is on streamlining business processes using advanced technology options. Prior to joining Dickey’s Barbecue in 2011, Suarez served as Division Business Systems Analyst for RealPage, a software development company for major property management companies. Suarez’s experience also includes over a decade working within the area of business systems analysis, software development and technical training. Past career achievements include the development and launching of the first military housing technical training program for Lincoln Military Housing.

Richard Ventura

Vice President of Business Development and Solutions | NEC Display Solutions of America

Richard Ventura is Vice President of Business Development and Solutions for NEC Display Solutions of America, focusing on developing new business and strategies for key vertical markets. He is responsible for the growth and market penetration of NEC’s award winning portfolio of products, as well as for development of new go-to-market strategies and products for the solutions market. Richard has spent 15 years within the NEC sales organization focusing on display solutions, display technologies and projectors. During that time, he has helped numerous client relationships flourish and spearheaded campaigns which have elevated NEC’s brand and products throughout the marketplace.
