He works closely with core merchandising, dotcom, mobile, and IT leadership to ensure The Home Depot has a consistent and seamless customer experience across all channels. Prior to Home Depot, Albert’s previous employers include McKinsey & Company, IBM Global Services, and Deloitte Consulting. Albert’s retail clients include Walmart, Target, Macys, CVS, Disney Stores, NIKE, Tesco, RONA, and Ahold. Albert has an MBA and BA earned from the University of California.

Michelle Adams is Founder of Marketing Brainology, a consulting practice focused on translating consumer and shopper insights to corporate America; especially the latest findings from virtual shopping, behavioral science and neuroscience. She speaks globally on neuromarketing and human decision-making; helping unlock the mystery of human emotion and how it impacts brands and companies. Working with PepsiCo for 10 years, most recently as VP of Customer Strategy and Shopper Insights, she was responsible for the SMART Learning Center, a retail theater focused on state-of-the art consumer and shopper research. While at PepsiCo, Michelle lead shopper insights for key retail accounts; connecting key shopper attitudes with behaviors.

Tamara Deike

Tamara Deike is the Vice President of Global Brand Development at Imagesound/Musicstyling, and a new Los Angeles transplant. She works with retail, fashion and hospitality brands (Sprint, PUMA, Mandarin Oriental, Misguided, Caffe Nero, McDonald’s, etc.) worldwide to help them create better customer experiences through the creative power of music, sound, technology and messaging. With a career that spans 3 countries and a background working in the music and tech start-up industries (managing labels, writing for Vice and event production), she’s also DJ’d for 10+ years at clubs worldwide, Michelin starred restaurants, and fashion events for brands like Coach, Diesel, Converse and more. A nomadic soul, traveler and ultimately, a consumer. She’s passionate about the spaces around us and the way that we experience them. Christiana DiMattesa oversees Under Armour’s North America direct-to-consumer retail marketing team inclusive of marketing strategy, operations, in-store experience, and event activations. Christiana has spent 20 years working within the retail space and has a passion to utilize technology to change the interactive landscape of the retail environment. She has been with Under Armour since August 2014 and previously held marketing roles with Ann Inc. and Foot Locker.

Sarah Furnari

VP, Retail Experience | BEHR

As Vice President of Retail Experience for Masco Architectural Coatings, Sarah Furnari leads strategy and operations for the BEHR and KILZ brands in-store. In 2015, her team launched a new Color Solutions Center to help consumers more easily find their perfect color. Their next goal is to inspire confidence and fun in the color selection process through an enhanced in-store experience. Sarah has been with Masco since 2005, and prior to that, held roles as a Formulator, Process Engineer, Raw Materials Buyer and Product Manager for The Sherwin-Williams Company.

Ken Hosac

VP, Business Development | Cradlepoint

Ken has 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, R&D and manufacturing. At Cradlepoint, Ken is responsible for driving strategic industry partnerships to accelerate the company’s market growth and leadership. As part of the leadership team since 2009, Ken has helped drive Cradlepoint’s growth and development through roles in strategic planning, product management, solution strategy and thought leadership. Ken frequently represents the company at industry conferences and events, and served on the original Advisory Board for the IoT/M2M Evolution Magazine. Ken holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. degree in Manufacturing Engineering, both from Stanford University.

Sanju Khatri

Sanju has directed IHS’ worldwide research into the technologies and markets for digital signage and professional displays since 2001, becoming one of the industry’s leading authorities in the field of digital signage. Sanju leads a team providing international support of a client base across multiple syndicated products and services, and for ongoing strategic consultancy projects across the entire digital signage landscape. Sanju’s work is concentrated in the areas of technology assessment, strategic analysis, competitive analysis and demand forecasting in the digital signage market. Prior to joining IHS, Sanju served as senior sales analyst for Sega of America, where she developed sales forecasts and conducted analyses of pricing, inventory, and market share for the company’s hardware and software gaming product lines.

Kevin Lee has over a decade of experience conceptualizing mere ideas into business models and launching new brands and expanding concepts. He is a lifestyle brand and small business development leader and currently leading Sushiyaa Franchising to re-identify the value of the concept. As part of this initiative, the company implemented a third-party customer loyalty program and signed up more than 10,000 members within a five-month period. He also helped build the delivery platform with nearly no investment by leveraging ‘passing tipping point’ technologies. After seven months of its launch, it has reached over 3.5% of the total sales

Raj Maini

Worldwide Director of Marketing, Visual Retail | Intel Corporation

Raj Maini is responsible for worldwide marketing of visual retailing for Intel Corporation in the Internet of Things Group (IoTG). In this role, Raj leads marketing of Intel’s digital signage, intelligent vending and dispensing, interactive kiosk, interactive white board, intelligent shelves, Intel RCM and Intel AIM software services product and market segments. His organization is responsible for driving adoption of Intel’s visual retailing and digital signage platforms, as well as new initiatives to fuel the growth of the industry. Raj has had a multi-faceted career in engineering, marketing, business management and planning with director level responsibility at Intel. He currently represents Intel on the ICX Association advisory board.

Ken Nisch

As the Chairman of JGA, Ken Nisch has focused his efforts developing branded environments and consumer strategies for clients including Sundance, Hershey’s, Sleep Number, Disney, H&M, The North Face, Whole Foods Market and Big Bazaar. JGA creates inspired environments across a variety of venues including entertainment, hospitality, and traditional retail. Ken became Chairman in 1995. His responsibilities include project strategy and serving as client liaison. Ken’s knowledge and entrepreneurial insights into the consumer are integrated into conceptual development and strategic image positioning for retail operators, manufacturers and brand marketers. Ken was inducted into the Retail Design Institute Legion of Honor recognizing his outstanding career achievements.

Suarez leads the companywide implementation of technology projects and oversees in-house software development efforts. Prior to joining Dickey’s Barbecue in 2011, Suarez served as Division Business Systems Analyst for RealPage, a software development company for major property management companies. Suarez’s experience also includes over a decade working within the area of business systems analysis, software development and technical training. Past career achievements include the development and launching of the first military housing technical training program for Lincoln Military Housing.
