Anna Duffy is the Marketing Strategist and Brand Culture Ambassador for Taziki’s Mediterranean Café. In her time at Taziki’s, Anna has lead multiple initiatives, including restructuring brand culture, designing the training structure for field marketers and the implementation of Birdeye (social media/reputation management platform). Anna oversees Taziki’s social media presence and consults new franchise partners on marketing best practices. Anna studied Marketing at Samford University.

Rick Moreno | SVP, Innovation & Distribution | Little Caesars

Rick Moreno serves as Senior Vice President of Innovation and Distribution at Little Caesars, one of the world’s most recognized pizza brands. Rick joined Little Caesars more than 30 years ago as an hourly crew member. Since then, he has gained a unique blend of cross-functional experience and today he serves on the senior executive leadership team. Rick has also served as the head of multiple divisions over the course of his career, including Research & Development, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture & Design, Information Technology, Retail Technology, Human Resources, Training and Strategic Planning. Today, he leads Blue Line Distribution Operations, Enterprise Technology, Architecture & Design, Equipment and Engineering Divisions. Rick has a unique passion for innovation and cutting-edge technology.

Richard Schneider | COO, Sportservice | Delaware North

As COO of Delaware North Sportservice, Richard Schneider oversees the food service and retail operations at stadiums, ballparks, arenas and other venues across the United States. Richard develops and implements strategic plans for growth and profitability, develops the location and corporate management teams and works to enhance client relationships. Previously, Richard served as COO of Delaware North’s travel business and as vice president of hospitality services for Delaware North’s gaming business. Prior to joining Delaware North, Richard’s career included such positions as vice president of food and beverage at Midwest Gaming and Entertainment; vice president of hospitality/general manager at Caesars Entertainment; and vice president of food, beverage and entertainment at MGM Grand Detroit.
