Tod Caflisch | Director of Information Technology | Detroit Red Wings

Tod Caflisch, Director of Information Technology for the Detroit Red Wings joined Olympia Entertainment in 2013 to manage IT responsibilities for the Red Wings, Joe Louis Arena, Fox Theater, HockeyTown Café and HockeyTown Authentics. He is currently working on voice/data plant and IT operations planning for the new Red Wings arena and entertainment district. Tod recently completed successful IT support operations of the Winter Festival (Great Lakes Invitational collegiate hockey tournament, OHL, AHL and Detroit Red Wings/Toronto Maple Leafs alumni hockey games) at Comerica Park and NHL Winter Classic (Red Wings vs Maple Leafs) at Michigan Stadium.

Scott Parker | AVP, Retail Operations | Ochsner Health System

Scott Parker has 19 years of both leadership and entrepreneurship experience and currently holds a unique role focused on driving significant retail business growth for a health system. As Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations for Ochsner Health System (OHS), Scott leads a portfolio of businesses across four verticals including healthcare, fitness, medical device distribution and retail. Scott and his team most recently launched an innovative beacon project in the system’s premiere fitness facility to engage and enhance the member’s gym experience through mobile technology. Scott plans to expand his mobile technology expertise to motivate change and create a more seamless experience in the patient care setting.

Tom Wolf | VP Business Development | BT Global Services

Tom Wolf is VP of Business Development for BT Global Services. His team is responsible for providing global retail customers leading edge solutions from BT and its partners for consumer engagement, revenue acceleration and unique supply chain capabilities to address emerging consumer concerns such as proof of origin. Leveraging its global professional services, BT provides seamless implementation and support around the world. Tom joined BT from HP (EDS) where he held a variety of positions in executive sales and network services. Prior to HP (EDS) Tom held various sales executive positions with IBM and DSC Communications.

Raj Maini | Worldwide Director of Marketing, Visual Retail | Intel Corporation

Raj Maini is responsible for worldwide marketing of visual retailing for Intel Corporation in the Internet of Things Group (IoTG). In this role, Raj leads marketing of Intel’s digital signage, intelligent vending and dispensing, interactive kiosk, interactive white board, intelligent shelves, Intel RCM and Intel AIM software services product and market segments. His organization is responsible for driving adoption of Intel’s visual retailing and digital signage platforms, as well as new initiatives to fuel the growth of the industry. Raj has a multi-faceted career in engineering, marketing, business management and planning with director level responsibility at Intel. He currently represents Intel in the ICX Association advisory board.
