How you can learn to inspire innovation

Inspiration for new ideas can come from many sources — in trying to solve a problem, from other industries, from frustrating situations and from other people, whether they be customers or staff. Many organizations get ideas from startup companies pitching their solution. In this session, you’ll hear out-of-the-box thinking that led to new ideas for new technology experiences.
