Eric Schongalla and his team support, enhance and evolve the systems used to deliver a unique customer experience across Carhartt’s owned nationwide retail stores. Working within the Direct-to-Consumer team, he focuses on the goal of a consistent, seamless exchange for Carhartt customers who interact with the stores technology. Eric joined Carhartt in 2014 to project manage the re-design and re-launch of the company’s eCommerce website, implement online chat, online data exchange and the in-store kiosk program.
