While 86% of consumers like to exercise data protection rights, more than half (56%) value personalized offers in the retail shopping experience, according to recent Oracle Retail research.

As Senior Director of Customer Loyalty at Marsh, Amit increased core customer engagement for the retailer’s personalized delivery. He managed the customer loyalty, marketing and digital operations teams. At SpartanNash, he directed B2C and B2B consumer and loyalty marketing operations. He launched and extended the “Yes” loyalty card to more than 1 million households. Amit has been a member of the Path to Purchase Institute’s faculty.
