Nearly 95% of shoppers read online reviews before making a purchase (Spiegel Research Center, 2017) and 93% of local consumers use reviews to determine if a local business is good or bad (BrightLocal, 2017).

Liz Bazner is a self-proclaimed foodie who currently serves as Digital Manager for A&W Restaurants, the nation’s oldest franchised restaurant chain. Liz leads the development of digital & social campaigns to increase brand awareness & drive measurable traffic to A&W locations across the country, as well as overseeing the consumer-facing website & email marketing program. After graduating from Vanderbilt University with a degree in political science & public policy, Liz worked for a variety of public officials doing PR & campaign management work before joining the A&W team.

Alan Hughes | Founder / Chief Creative Officer | NEXT/NOW

Alan Hughes is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of NEXT/NOW. He is focused on making physical retail and brand experiences more compelling through the use of digital technology and design thinking. Projects of note include software architecture of the Crown Fountain in Millennium Park, digital media creative direction for The Dubai Mall, and numerous digital experiential installations for Intel, Mazda, Under Armour, LG, Accenture, BP, McDonald’s, the NBA, and more.
