Michelle Adams joined Freshii in December 2015 and has helped lead the brand through their extreme growth ever since. She started as the brand’s first Experiential Marketing Manager, focused on store-level marketing support & developing customized marketing plans to the 300+ franchise partners. She now oversees Global Brand strategy, including partnerships, advertising, menu innovation and is responsible for managing all brand communication touchpoints. Prior to joining Freshii, Michelle worked for WE, a global non-profit, running executive fundraising events and prior to that, worked in sport & brand licensing for IMG & the Toronto Blue Jays.
Daniel McCone | Senior Manager, Digital Innovation | Dunkin’ Brands
Before becoming Senior Manager of Digital Innovation for Dunkin’ Brands, Dan McCone spent 20 years in call centers in a variety of roles. He joined Dunkin’ Brands seven years ago and helped open up the call center that handles all mobile app, website and DDPerks promos. His team solves guest issues and has become the “voice of the customer.” Dan’s new role is to oversee the Dunkin’ app, website and all digital innovation which includes voice ordering and in-store technology for Dunkin’s next generation restaurants. Previously, he has worked for Nestle Waters North America, WellPoint and John Hancock Signature Services.
