He is currently challenging traditional retail at Best Buy in Minneapolis, Minnesota and has spent the last several years building the inaugural Employee Experience UX COE and leading retail product teams.

Robert Hill | Director of Software | Galaxy Theatres

Robert Hill is Director of Software for Galaxy Theatres which is based in Sherman Oaks, California. He has 15+ years experience in entertainment industry IT, having worked for entertainment studio Cinedigm as a project manager and cinema management software provider Vista Entertainment Solutions as an account manager before joining Galaxy. Robert believes that making sure that the hardware and software being used is fast and reliable is critical to taking customer/guest interactions to the next level and ensuring a positive experience.

Matt Unger | Chief Product Officer | Applestone Meat Company

Matt Unger is the Chief Product Officer of the Applestone Meat Company, a New York State-based purveyor of carefully-sourced meat and poultry with an emphasis on automated retail sales innovation. Matt has decades of experience building useful and usable digital products for B2B, mobile application development, media, and retail organizations. He has advised news publishers, startups, and B2B and B2C teams on audience research, software strategy, and content strategy.
