Scott Emmons is focused on innovation for the Neiman Marcus Group (NMG). He built the NMG innovation lab (iLab) and is responsible for leading the organization in evaluating, designing, testing and piloting cutting-edge technologies and applications for luxury retail. Scott is also working on BYOD initiatives, Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN infrastructure, mobility and digital signage initiatives. Innovation projects include the amazing Memomi Memory Mirror, beautiful 4K touch table look books, beacon enabled holiday passes, intelligent mobile phone charging stations and gorgeous digital directories for Bergdorf Goodman.

Lee Summers | Manager of Marketing/Technology | Nebraska Furniture Mart and Grandscape

As Manager of Marketing/Technology, Lee Summers oversees all immersive customer engagement for the Berkshire Hathaway companies of Nebraska Furniture Mart and Grandscape of Texas. Lee, who joined NFM in October 2013, is responsible for the overall direction, resource allocation and operations of Customer Facing digital technology groups throughout all NFM markets. He brings an extensive marketing background working with top advertising agencies in the Dallas market for the past 15 years. Lee’s vision for Grandscape of Texas, a 500 acre mix use development is to build a truly immersive experience that addresses the full shopper journey.

Kiel Werking | VP, Partner Developmeny | Reflect Systems

Kiel Werking is VP, Partner Development for Reflect Systems, a full-service provider of digital brand media solutions in Dallas, TX. Reflect powers the largest and most advanced out of home digital media networks that help clients like GameStop, Macys, Best Buy and Verizon Wireless meet their goals. Kiel works closely with Reflect’s channel partners to form strategic alliances and deliver world class experiences to our clients. He received a BA in Marketing from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from SMU. Kiel married his high school sweetheart, Maggie, and they have two daughters, Mary and Olivia.
